Responsibilities
1. Identification of new business / potential opportunities by liaising with developers, estate agents, other Approved Housing Bodies and Local Authorities.
2. Lead and manage development projects.
3. Review, update and action developmental policy and procedures.
4. Collate information from risk assessments and project appraisals; prepare funding bids and financial modelling alongside CEO and Head of Finance.
5. Actively assist the organisation to deliver on its aims and objectives.
6. Directly contribute to strategic and business planning process.
Job Requirements (including qualification & experience)
1. Relevant qualification in property related area.
2. Senior level report writing skills.
3. Familiarity with relevant IT equipment, systems and software.
4. Valid, full driving license.
