Community & Housing Officer
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to support tenancy management and housing initiatives in Belfast.
The successful candidate will:
* Manage and sustain tenancies, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
* Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, supporting them in maintaining their tenancies.
* Build strong relationships with landlords and stakeholders to expand housing opportunities.
* Oversee property maintenance, coordinating repairs and inspections.
* Handle tenancy agreements, deposit management, and rent collection.
The Ideal Candidate
We are seeking a highly skilled Community & Housing Officer with:
* Experience in a housing-related role (private or social housing).
* Strong knowledge of tenancy regulations in Northern Ireland.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage relationships with tenants, landlords, and partner agencies.
