About the Role
This position is responsible for assisting with the daily operations of the Aztec Kilkenny depositary services offering, under the supervision of a Depositary Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
* Record keeping of funds and associated fund structures
* Depositary matters, including asset confirmation, reconciliation, and proofing of investment holdings, and ad-hoc depositary requests
* Completion of routine depositary queries
* Cash reconciliations and provision of supporting documentation
* Maintenance of accurate records on eFront and Microsoft Excel working paper schedules
Requirements:
* Experience in depositary/custody function or audit/fund accounting role
* Sound technical financial services knowledge
* Computer literacy skills
* Commitment to continuous learning and career development
