Client-Side Project Manager - Dublin Overview: I have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Construction Project Manager to work with directly with an Irish owned accommodation provider.
This company has accommodation centres in Ireland and in several other European locations and they are involved in an ongoing expansion of their operations.
Reporting to the Board, the Construction Project Manager will play a key part in delivering this expansion.
They will assume responsibility for delivering a portfolio of projects over the next 5 years and beyond.
Projects include a sizeable extension of an existing property, full building refurbishment projects and a couple of large-scale new build projects that are at feasibility and planning stages.
Deliverables: Initially, become familiar with the portfolio, and the upcoming projects Assume responsibility for managing each project from its current stage stages - some are at feasibility stage, others are at tender stage.
Develop a schedule of project programmes and sequences, to ensure projects are delivered in a timely manner Regularly report to the Board of Management in the company on progress and keep them abreast of next steps, potential hurdles and delays.
Build relationships and manage the external consultants This is a brilliant role for a Project Manager who would like to work on the client side.
