Job Title: Private Client Administrator
Location: East Galway
Contract type: Permanent
Job Summary: The main responsibility of a Private Client Administrator is to work closely with the consultants and admin team to coordinate the daily processing of life & pension new business & existing business. The Administrator will be part of a busy and growing team in Galway.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
* Process pension, investment & protection business that is submitted by our consultants, for example, inputting policies online, chasing pipelines, and issuing policy documents.
* Set up client/policy records on the client database.
* Work with the consultants to draw up and issue compliance documents to clients.
* Ensure files are compliant.
* Establish & build strong relationships with clients.
* Process ad hoc requests from customers, e.g. address changes, withdrawals, etc.
* Manage daily post and client correspondence.
* Field telephone calls.
Skills and Experience Needed:
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn.
* Strong communicator.
* Excellent organiser – including time management and prioritisation.
* Prioritises customer needs above all else.
* Activity oriented.
* Works at a fast pace but doesn’t sacrifice attention to detail; enjoys being busy.
Education and/or Experience Required:
* QFA (full or part qualified or a strong desire to complete the QFA).
* Excellent PC skills - Microsoft Packages.
* Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
* Good attention to detail.
* Dedicated team player, who demonstrates initiative, proactiveness, and independence.
