Sales Executive Primarily a Sales role with responsibilities for promoting and converting business and achieving revenue targets for all the group properties.
To support reactive sales functions with annual leave and to build succession planning.
Key Deliverables and Responsibilities Drive proactive sales activities, including lead generation, client visits, key relationship management, attending trade fairs, site inspections, and networking events all geared with improving client retention and attraction.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of bookings and events hosted on site.
Track and manage corporate enquiries and sales activities, ensuring clear communication with operational teams internally.
Prepare detailed weekly and monthly reports, such as the Top 100 accounts and conversion metrics.
Coordinate sales collateral needs with the marketing team to enhance promotional activities.
Support Management in responding to guest feedback and use insights to improve services and procedures.
Optimise the use of all bookable spaces across properties to maximize revenue.
