This is an excellent opportunity to join their high-performing Asset Management Team. This team plays a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely execution of client investment instructions, managing corporate actions, asset settlements, share transfers, and monitoring key investment activities. Key Responsibilities: Execute daily trade placements with precision, interpreting client instructions, preparing deals, and entering trade data into internal systems. Manage asset settlements and pricing, including issuing share transfer premiums. Process and reflect corporate actions on client policies (e.g. stock splits, bonus issues, liquidations, dividends). Prepare and maintain reports such as outstanding trades, new business premiums, and dealing authorisations. Investigate and reconcile unit and cash discrepancies. Liaise with brokers, custodians, counterparties, and clients regarding trading queries. Support team members and adapt to workload fluctuations to ensure departmental flexibility. Monitor and report on trading activities across various markets, ensuring all daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines are consistently met. What Were Looking For: Degree in Business, Finance, or related discipline (minimum 2.1 grade). At least 2 years' experience in investmentsideally in fund administration, middle office, or similar. Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.) and overall computer literacy. Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy in work. Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skillsteamwork is vital in this collaborative environment.
