Job Title: Service Coordinator
Location: Dublin 12
Key Responsibilities:
* Case Management: Log and manage service and technical support cases in the CRM, ensuring accurate details and timely resolution.
* Service Reports & Invoicing: Process service reports promptly and ensure completed work is invoiced.
* Stock & Dispatch Control: Manage engineer boot stock, ship parts as needed, liaise with couriers, and arrange the return of loan instruments.
* Calibration Support: Oversee paperwork and invoicing for calibration services, updating records accordingly.
* Customer Support: Handle inquiries, direct calls, and follow up on pricing, product, and technical queries.
* Product Training & Inventory: Coordinate training on new products and monitor reorder levels for optimal stock management.
* Admin & Housekeeping: Maintain organized records, scan/file documents, and ensure a clean working environment.
Requirements:
* At least 2 years previous experience preferred.
* PC literate including working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
* Experience working within a CRM system (preferably Salesforce) and experience dealing with stock control would be an advantage.
* Experience and the ability to work within a company defined quality management system and working towards and within both ISO and INAB standards.
