McGettigan's Hotel currently has an excellent opportunity for a full-time and part-time Hotel Receptionist to join our talented team.
Experience of working in a Hotel Reception is essential, a working knowledge of Reservation system Hotsoft would be an advantage.
The ideal candidate must have fluent English, excellent communication skills, be motivated, enthusiastic and have a friendly and outgoing personality.
Main duties include, Assisting the Front Office Manager and the team with the smooth running of the reception Work as part of a team but also be able to work on their own initiative Follow the day-to-day procedures of guest check-in and check-out Deal with and resolve guest queries Excellent organisational skills The ability to handle cash efficiently Balancing and handling of cash Providing high level customer services both face to face and over the phone Upselling the hotels facilities If you are interested in joining our team and have the relevant experience for the role, we want to hear from you.
