Job Description
Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional customer service through face-to-face interactions and phone calls.
* Handle various insurance products, including Motor, Household, and Travel Insurance, from new business to policy renewals.
* Collaborate with insurance companies to address customer queries and provide instructions.
* Offer expert guidance and advice on all insurance products.
Requirements:
* A minimum of one year's experience in a similar role.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* A goal-oriented and target-driven approach.
* Excellent product knowledge.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
* A professional appearance and attitude.
* Hold an APA Qualification or be working towards it with the Insurance Institute of Ireland.
