Job OverviewThis Training Support Specialist role will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining training content, systems, and programs.
This position will be instrumental in ensuring effective training governance and supporting the design and delivery of impactful learning solutions across the organization.ResponsibilitiesTraining and Documentation SupportAssist with the implementation and ongoing management of the Corporate Training Management System for the site.Contribute to the design, creation, and maintenance of training materials, curricula, and learning plans.Manage training documents in line with site Training SOPs, including:Curriculum creation and updatesRisk assessmentsContent and qualification plan developmentIndividual training record maintenanceGenerate and analyze reports from the Learning Management System.Monitor and ensure training compliance.Business SupportIdentify and address training needs within the organization, including troubleshooting and resolving potential training gaps.Review training metrics and coordinate efforts to close gaps.Assist in scheduling and organizing training sessions.Provide tools and guidance to functional teams for effective training delivery.Ensure instructors meet qualification standards and develop appropriate qualification plans.Share best practices and attend relevant meetings to foster collaboration.Track and report key training metrics.Training Processes and Systems MonitoringSupport the rollout of new training initiatives, including process improvement projects and product introductions.QualificationsBachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent education/experience.Proficiency in MS Office applications and training development.Familiarity with cGMP requirements.Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.Experience with Success Factors is an advantage.Key AttributesDemonstrates initiative and a proactive approach to tasks.Adaptable and effective in dealing with ambiguity.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Skilled at building and maintaining relationships across all levels of the organization.Eager to learn and grow, actively seeking feedback for improvement.What We Can OfferA dynamic and collaborative work environment.Opportunities to contribute to impactful projects and initiatives.A supportive culture focused on professional growth.Competitive salary and benefits package.Diversity and InclusionDiversity and inclusion are essential to our mission and achieving our vision at CLS.
