Project Controls Department Manager
Role Overview:
The Project Controls Department Manager will be a key role within the Operations leadership team, delivering project controls across all projects. This includes project reporting and control of indirect cost, project change management, project planning and scheduling, project cost estimating, equipment and contract procurement, and contract administration.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver project controls function across all projects
2. Prepare project controls proposals and associated ProServices hours estimates
3. Support business development and participate in presentations
4. Resource project controls teams in line with agreed staffing plans
5. Implement best available technology on projects to align with digitalisation of workflow processes
Requirements:
* Degree qualified
* Experience as project controls manager on industrial projects over 100m
* Able to convey complex information clearly to diverse stakeholders
* Strong analytical capabilities to assess project performance, identify trends, and implement corrective actions
