Job Summary:
Experienced IT Service Desk Engineers are sought for placement on a customer site in Waterford.
The ideal candidate will have experience with ServiceNow ticket and support queue management, Active Directory User, Group and Permission Management, Citrix User support, Windows client support, and Business Application Support.
Responsibilities include assisting local and remote users, providing Microsoft Office and/or Office 365 support, and troubleshooting client network issues.
Candidates must be eligible to work full-time and long-term in the location specified or hold a valid appropriate long-term work Visa.
Key Requirements:
* ServiceNow ticket and support queue management & triage
* Previous experience providing Remote and/or Deskside client support
* Active Directory User, Group and Permission Management
* Citrix User support
* Windows client support
* Assisting local and remote users
* Business Application Support
* Microsoft Office and/or Office 365
* Microsoft Outlook in an Exchange or Office 365 environment
* Client network troubleshooting
