This role will provide you with invaluable practical experience in a regulated industry environment. As part of your day-to-day activities, you will gain exposure to various techniques such as Bioassay & Cell Culture.Responsibilities• Work under direct supervision performing laboratory procedures, data analysis, technical problem solving, reporting, preparation of reports, logbooks, records, documentation, and SOPs• Responsible for all assigned tasks within their area of expertise• Support other team members when required• Perform assignments according to standard operating procedures• Maintain appropriate records and documentation related to assigned activities• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying areas for cost reduction, productivity enhancement, safety improvements, etc., through process simplification, standardization, equipment modification, or other means• Coordinate and assist with maintenance and calibration programsQualifications• Enrolled in a degree program pursuing one of the following disciplines: Analytical Science, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Microbiology, Pharmaceutical Sciences• Strong academic performance to date• Demonstrated communication skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Positive attitude and flexibility to learn new processes and technologies• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Lilly is dedicated to helping individuals with disabilities to actively engage in the workforce, ensuring equal opportunities when vying for positions.
