Job Title: Team Leader
Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our Home Energy Operations Team in our Customer Contact Centre.
You will be responsible for managing all aspects of team performance, mentoring and coaching to ensure the team achieves department objectives.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrable supervisory experience in administrative/operations support, strong leadership, diagnostic, problem-solving and organisational skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
