Job Description
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in providing high-quality care and support to marginalized groups.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement comprehensive nursing care plans for clients from diverse backgrounds, including Travellers, Ukrainians, International protection applicants, Homeless persons, and other SI groups.
* Promote equality, inclusivity, and social inclusion among all service users, fostering a supportive environment that values diversity.
* Maintain effective working relationships with statutory, professional, and voluntary organizations involved in healthcare, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
* Participate in regular clinical and management supervision with the Director of Nursing (DON) to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
* Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to meet the needs of clients and their families, advocating on their behalf when necessary.
Requirements:
* Relevant experience working with marginalized or socially excluded groups.
* Strong nursing assessment and care planning skills.
* Ability to promote equality, inclusivity, and social inclusion.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* Capacity to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
