Business Development Manager (Electrical Fire and Security)
The position involves leading the growth of our electrical, fire, and security systems division. This includes developing strategies to increase sales, expanding customer relationships, and enhancing business opportunities.
Main Responsibilities:
* Prospect for new business, build relationships with clients, and prepare tenders and quotations.
* Work closely with our technical team to design or interpret specifications for M&E Consultants, including Fire Alarms, Disabled Refuge Systems, Intruder Alarms, CCTV, Access Control, and Door Entry.
* Generate new enquiries from contacts, networking, and prospecting to achieve sales targets, as well as handle inbound enquiries and follow up on leads and projects from existing clients.
Requirements:
* Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential for this role.
* Some experience and technical knowledge of the Fire and Security industry is necessary.
Key Features:
* Field-based role with regular office attendance in Carlow.
* Most work is based in Leinster and Dublin.
