Regulatory Investigations Lawyer - Dublin
One of the leading Irish law firms is seeking to hire an Associate into their commercial disputes team with specific experience in white collar investigations.
The role will involve advising on alleged breaches of environmental and financial regulations, as well as allegations of corruption and other criminal offences. The team is also experienced in cross-border matters, working alongside firms in foreign jurisdictions. Day to day you will be advising on internal investigations, whistleblowing complaints, dawn raids, money laundering, bribery/corruption, cybercrime, market abuse/insider dealing, and export controls/sanctions issues.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Qualified in Ireland or the UK with a minimum of 2 years' PQE
2. Outstanding academics from a recognised University
3. You will ideally have experience in global white collar investigations; however, our client will also consider those with other regulatory investigation or commercial litigation experience from a well-regarded firm who can demonstrate a keen interest in white collar crime.
