The IRFU are inviting applications for Receptionist and Admin Coordinator.
The successful candidate will work within the offices of the IRFU, answering and directing calls, meeting and greeting visitors to the offices of the IRFU, providing a warm welcoming atmosphere for guests and patrons and providing key administrative support as required and as capacity allows.
The position is being offered on a full-time, permanent basis. The role will be based at our Head Office, 10-12 Lansdowne Road, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4.

KEY QUALITIES
Essential:
Excellent communication, organisation, professional, customer focused and teamwork skills.
A good working knowledge of MS office packages, Word, MS Teams and Excel in particular will be required for the role.
1 – 2 years’ experience as a receptionist or as a personal assistant or executive assistant
Desirable:
Experience of working in an administration support capacity
Previous experience in an office manager/administrator role
Certificate in the following areas:
First Aid
AED Training
Fire Warden
Manual Handling
RESPONSIBILITIES
General areas of responsibility include:
General telephone and reception duties
Answering queries from the general public
Arranging Couriers
Arranging deliveries and taxis
Greeting visitors to the offices of the IRFU in a positive and friendly manner
Announcing visitors as and when necessary
Maintain a log of visitors entering and exiting the building as per H&S requirements
Keep reception area safe and clean
Coordinate meeting room bookings.
Dealing with queries on info@irishrugby.ie
Processing POs and invoices
Dealing with the Post
Ordering Stationery and Office Supplies
Providing administrative support as required to the Operations Department as and when required.
Keeping 4G IRFU Pitch Database updated and coordinated responses to Clubs.
Providing key support on Match Days for all games held in Aviva Stadium
Assistance with accreditation collections, distribution for all matches.
Working closely with the ticketing department providing customer support for any ticket sales i.e. support club sale, open training sessions.
Various other ad hoc duties as required
Complete any courses in relation to health and safety, fire warden training, first aid, and AED training.
Perform desk assessments for IRFU Office Staff members.
The salary for this role is depending on experience.
