Job Description:
We are seeking an accomplished ICT Senior Project Manager to lead high-impact technology initiatives for a prominent organization within the public sector. This role is instrumental in driving projects aligned with their strategic and operational goals, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
The Role:
As the ICT Senior Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of planning, executing, and finalizing ICT projects that span general ICT, business operations, and ICT infrastructure. Reporting to the Head of ICT Project Management, you will lead cross-functional teams and engage with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Planning: Plan, monitor, and execute ICT projects from inception to completion.
* Project Scope Definition: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with organizational goals.
* Resource Management: Manage budgets, timelines, and resources while mitigating risks.
* Project Documentation: Prepare and maintain project documentation in compliance with PMO standards.
* Team Leadership: Lead multi-disciplinary teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
* Vendor Engagement: Engage with ICT vendors and suppliers to negotiate and oversee project-related deliverables.
* Strategic Oversight: Provide strategic oversight of ICT elements in broader business transformation initiatives.
