POSITION: RTB ADMINISTRATOR LOCATION: DUNDALK CONTRACT: FULL TIME/ PERMANENT- 37 HOURS PER WEEK REPORTING TO: HOUSING SERVICES MANAGER JOB SUMMARY To deal with all aspects of Tenancy and dispute registrations within the Housing Services Department to provide support to other internal Departments and regional offices KEY RESPONSIBILITIES General 1.
Responsibility for registering and terminating all tenancies and disputes with the RTB.
2.
Maintaining the inhouse database with updated tenancy details for the purpose of effective registrations.
3.
Co-ordinating all related administrative duties within the organisation as required, including typing, copying, faxing and filing, taking meeting minutes, processing invoices etc.
4.
Provide Business Support cover for colleagues as necessary 5.
Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, Access, etc., to produce correspondence and documents and maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets and databases and charts.
6.
Using content management systems to maintain and update websites and internal databases.
7.
Attend meetings, take minutes, and keep notes.
8.
Liaising with staff in other departments and external contacts.
9.
Sorting and distributing incoming post and organising and sending outgoing post, including mail merges.
10.
Organising and storing paperwork, documents, and computer-based information.
11.
Photocopying and printing various documents, sometimes on behalf of other colleagues Health & Safety 12.
To conduct all activities in a manner which is safe to yourself and others.

To be aware and act in accordance with the Association's Health and Safety Policy.
General 14.
Participating on forums/working groups/committees as required.
15.
Assisting with general administrative duties within the organisation as required.
16.
Contributing to the effective delivery of a quality service through the formulation, review and proper implementation of policies and procedures.

Any other duties as required.
Essential Requirements 18.
Relevant qualification in administration or 2 years' experience.
19.
Experience or Knowledge for Residential Tenancies Act 2004/2016/2019.
20.
Be aware of and act in accordance of GDPR legislation.
