A large housing developer is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a large-scale housing project in Cork. This is a great opportunity to lead a major development.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee site operations, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
* Enforce Health & Safety regulations.
* Coordinate with the project team and subcontractors.
* Manage site documentation and quality checks.
* Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders.
Requirements:
* 3+ years’ experience managing housing projects.
* Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
* Knowledge of construction, regulations, and Health & Safety.
* Excellent communication and organisation skills.
