Musgrave is hiring a Finance Accounts Assistant to join our Finance Team in our Airport Road Office, Cork.
Support the Group FP&A team with weekly and periodic reporting: Complete period end and cost analysis for Head Office Departments Manage the head office open POs, collaborating with PO owners to manage overdue open POs Generate the cashflow forecast for each period updating ROI and NI actuals.
Prepare monthly cost analysis for Insights & Innovations Projects analysing for any unexpected costs and tracking YTD vs Budget/Forecast.
Support weekly Exec & board reporting through inputting weekly actuals and review of budget, forecast and last year.
Manage costs of Group Department Any other adhoc tasks as required Support the Treasury and Cash Management Team with various weekly and Monthly reports and activities including: Consolidation of Divisional Bank Reconciliations and Working Capital KPI submissions, analysing and reporting on material variances for submission to senior management.
Post journals to the financial system (Oracle) to facilitate the completion of bank reconciliations including the identification and rectification of variances.
Document FX trades including related approvals and hedging performance.
Support initiatives and adhoc reviewsas required The successful candidate will possess the following: Part qualified accountant or at a minimum completing a Business related degree Good Excel skills Team Worker Good communication, both verbal and written, and inter-personal skills Positive attitude with a high level of personal integrity and a desire to win in the right way Excellent self-discipline with strong organizational skills and results-orientated Strong attention to detail Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines Good organisational and time management skills.
