About Role:
The GEC is seeking a Client Engagement Manager to be a key GEC team member with the responsibility for attracting and recruiting potential GEC clients and providing a seamless client experience.
They will also be responsible for coordinating the community and client business series and social events, fostering and nurturing strong connections and relations within the GEC community and for delivering an excellent service to all stakeholders

Work Location:
The GEC office in the Guinness Enterprise Centre (GEC).
This is a full-time onsite role with in-person delivery.
Responsibilities:
Client Recruitment - Identify and research potential startup clients, entrepreneurs, and businesses that align with the incubation hub's goals and values.
Develop and execute recruitment campaigns to attract and onboard new clients.
Coordinate client acquisition efforts, including marketing, networking, and outreach campaigns in conjunction with our Marketing Manager.
Evaluate client applications, for office clients and coworking clients.
Provide guidance on the resources, services, and programmes available to clients.
Create and maintain client directory and records, including their goals and needs.
Client Engagement and Support - build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their evolving needs and challenges.
Develop and implement engagement strategies to foster a sense of community among clients.
Organise events, workshops, and networking opportunities for clients to learn, collaborate, and grow.
Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
Feedback and Reporting - collect and analyse data on client satisfaction, engagement levels, and program impact.
Generate reports to track the success and progress of clients within the incubation hub.
Use data insights to make data-driven decisions and improvements in the recruitment and engagement process.
Collaborative Partnerships - Collaborate with internal teams, mentors, investors, and external partners to enhance the value provided to clients.

grow interactions and number of Hubs Required Skills/Experience: Proven experience (5+ years) and skillset in a client recruitment and engagement/similar role.
Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills.
Strong influencing and negotiation skills ensuring that ideas/initiatives are identified and adopted via hands on client relationship management.
Strong team player and excellent interpersonal and networking skills with entrepreneurs, investors and other all stakeholders.
Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
Excellent attention to detail, organisational and time management skills.
Ability to prioritise tasks & projects and learn in a dynamic environment.
Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy.
The role requires a person with a "can do" attitude and a strong sense of autonomy and the ability to work off their own initiative Experience working in an entrepreneurial environment would be advantageous but not essential.
Startup ecosystem knowledge would would be advantageous but not essential.
Bachelor's degree in a related discipline OR relevant experience supplemented with equivalent qualification.
