We are looking for a Senior Social Manager for one of Ireland’s top advertising agencies.
This award-winning team is in a growth mode, and they want to hire an experienced Senior Social Manager to inform their social media strategy and execution to propel the agency forward and shape their social presence.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating dynamic and compelling content across different social media platforms, fostering authentic engagement and community growth. Additionally, they will ensure accurate reporting and maintain a consistent brand tone of voice, leveraging organic reach to build brand loyalty and visibility.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute end-to-end organic social media strategy and management for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn and other channels
2. Create an engaging content calendar that promotes brand-focused messages, offers, sales, and brand updates.
3. Ideate and create creative and innovative content, with a focus on video for Reels and Stories, and write engaging copy.
4. Liaise with marketing, PR agencies, and teams to meet marketing objectives
5. Monitor social conversation and identify comments or threads that could impact brand reputation.
6. Monitor competitor activity within social media spaces and create reports.
7. Collaborate with multimedia designers and videographers to create engaging posts.
8. Work with PR agencies to execute influencer marketing program and book influencer and media gifted stays.
9. Manage social media budget effectively.
10. Assist the marketing team in creating and implementing PR and social campaigns, such as group offers and promotion calendars.
11. Coordinate with external design agency and print company for production of new branding materials.
Requirements:
12. Demonstrated expertise in leading a social media strategy, with strong organic acumen.
13. Proven experience creating creative, engaging, and platform-tailored content for social media.
14. Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communication Studies, Journalism, or a related field.
15. Ability to craft persuasive and engaging copy.
16. Knowledge of relevant engagement metrics used in the field.
17. Experience in Influencer Marketing.
18. Strong proficiency in social media tools.
19. Ability to work proactively and independently.
20. Knowledge and being up to date with the industry.
