Role Information
* Management of Accounts Payable function including:
o Ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and expense reports.
o Collaborate with other departments to solve invoice queries.
o Oversee weekly and monthly payment runs.
o Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end close processes for accounts payable.
* Preparation of monthly management accounts and reporting pack – balance sheet reconciliations for all TB codes.
* Assisting with daily and weekly reporting.
* Preparation of bank reconciliations and resolving queries in a timely manner.
* Assisting with budgeting & forecasting processes.
* Assisting with administration and processing functions.
* Monitoring and evaluating operational financial controls and policies.
* To prepare, monitor and review AP KPIs.
* Prepare and file tax returns, including VAT, corporation tax, and other statutory filings.
* Assisting with the annual audit process from hotels viewpoint.
* Other general accounts related assistance.
* To comply and adhere to all company policies and existing/future procedures related to Human Resources, including managing employee visa restrictions and compliance.
