HR Business Partner – Employee Relations
A great varied HR Business Partner role with a focus on employee and industrial relations and HR operations, with a semi-stage company that has a multi-site business. This role will commence as a long-term contract working with a talented team of HR Business Partners and HR Generalists, reporting directly to the Head of HR. This role will be based in West Dublin on a hybrid basis and will require some travel to various other offices in Ireland.

We would need to see that you have over five years of experience as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Generalist with a varied generalist background, a proven track record in employee and industrial relations, and experience demonstrating excellence in HR operations, talent management, and performance arrangement.
You will need to have a demonstrable track record of navigating complex situations and achieving successful resolutions. A background in healthcare or a similarly fast-paced environment is highly desirable.
