Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Business Development Representative to join our team at Google. In this role, you will work closely with existing advertising companies of all sizes to find optimal advertising solutions for each client.

To succeed in this role, you will analyze data trends and consumer insights to develop strategic plans and compelling narratives that drive growth. Your entrepreneurial drive and commercial know-how will shape how new and existing businesses grow using Google's latest advertising products and solutions.
Responsibilities
1. Grow Advertising Cross-Channel Business: Provide clear, data-driven recommendations that align with customer business objectives.
2. Partner with Account Team Members and Cross-Functional Partners: Drive business opportunities that build long-term growth.
3. Deliver Excellent Customer Experience: Prioritize and deliver an excellent experience to our customers.
4. Collaborate with Customers and Agencies: Extend relationships, grow their businesses, and optimize their advertising.
5. Analyze Data Trends and Consumer Insights: Develop strategic plans and compelling narratives that drive growth.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
* 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.
* Ability to communicate fluently in Portuguese and English to support client relationship management in this region.
* Master's degree in a business-related field.
* 2 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.
* 1 year of experience managing digital marketing and advertising campaigns, projects, and relationships with customers or agencies.
