We are looking for a passionate and energetic individual with a guest-centric mindset to join our team as Assistant Guest Experience Manager.
Here at Adare Manor, we strive to 'create and deliver Beyond Everything experiences' and the Guest Experience Manager drives the spirit of this across the entire resort. They will support the Director of Guest Experience in overseeing the Guest Service Call Centre (Switchboard), Butlers, Guest Experience Executives and Resort Activities to ensure each of our VIG (Very Important Guests) receives a truly exceptional experience whilst at Adare Manor.
As Assistant Guest Experience Manager you will:
* Prior to arrival, assist the guests with planning their itinerary ensuring all of their preferences are accurately noted and shared with the relevant teams. Inspect any incoming VIG arrival rooms & suites, ensuring everything is in pristine condition and to the Adare Manor standards.
* Answer communications relating to incoming VIG guests via phone & email.
* Review the guest history (if available) from previous visits and highlight any preferences and needs & ensure the requests are completed prior to their time in residence.
* During the guest's stay, support the Guest Experience Executives & Butlers in delivering a bespoke service to each of our guests.
* Plan & execute special events such as Christmas, Easter, Valentine's Day, 4th of July Celebrations & Halloween.
* Train, mentor and develop the Guest Experience Executives & Butlers and assist them in delivering BEYOND EVERYTHING experiences to our guests.
* Upon departure, keep an up-to-date archive of documents, and preferences to enhance the guest's future visits.
* Build lasting relationships with our guests ensuring they have a seamless experience by collaborating with all departments across the entire Resort whilst ensuring effective communication. Inspire your team & other colleagues across the Resort to enhance the service we deliver.
Experience in a 5-star/luxury property is essential.
You will report to the Director of Guest Experience.
