Pensions & Investments Administrator
Salary – 35,000 Euro
Essential skills:
1. Excellent influencing and interpersonal skills
2. Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas, concepts, and solutions to employees at all levels of an organisation, both internally and externally
3. Proactive team player with the drive and initiative to work independently and as part of a team
4. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work to deadlines
5. Accurate and numerate with good attention to detail
6. Self-motivated, with a flexible approach to working away from home to deliver what is required by clients
7. Good knowledge of computer applications, including MS Office suite
Desirable skills:
1. Experience within financial services
2. Broad retail financial services knowledge, especially across pensions, including defined benefit schemes, defined contribution schemes, employee share plans, and other investments
3. Experience of technical presenting, training, or educational delivery
4. Experience of designing and developing technical presentations
5. Willingness to attain professional financial qualifications
6. Desire to increase and maintain professional knowledge through research of relevant topics, such as regulatory changes and guidelines
7. Working towards, or willingness to work towards, the QFA
