The main focus of this role is to increase awareness of the client's brands in specific locations and ensure high product visibility and quality across all products. Building relationships within stores is key to promoting CPM and the client with key contacts. The role also involves providing simple reporting via tablet and phone technology.
Requirements
The Primary Responsibilities for This Role Are:
1. Adhere to journey plans provided by the line manager.
2. Merchandise required products onto shelves, ensuring compliance with merchandising guidelines, planograms, promotional space maximization, and negotiations with Store Managers.
3. Record merchandising activities, audit our brands and competitors, and provide timely feedback.
4. Maintain and expand planogram space where possible.
5. Ensure all products have correct SEL placed in front of them.
6. Merchandise promotional displays and ensure correct pricing.
7. Capture before-and-after photographs using a handheld device.
8. Liaise with store managers before leaving to confirm satisfaction with the work completed.
9. Coordinate with NSM before and after each call.
10. Deliver field insights to the National Sales Manager.
11. Build strong relationships with all parties to foster teamwork.
12. Generate new ideas and improve working methods.
13. Support product launches and promotions, developing in-store presence.
14. Maintain all CPM standards and policies.
15. Strive to achieve the highest standards of performance for customers.
16. Operate efficiently to complete all tasks effectively.
17. Undertake any other duties as instructed by the line manager.
Required Experience & Competencies:
* Full driving licence is essential.
* Merchandising experience is desirable but not required.
* Computer literate—ability to send photos via email and complete reports/audits.
* Ability to undertake physical activity, including lifting and moving heavy products.
