Finance Manager Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Finance professional to join a dynamic family business in Monaghan. As the go-to expert for financial matters, you will lead the day-to-day finance function and collaborate with operational teams on strategic projects.
The Role:
* Develop and refine processes to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
* Partner with commercial and operations teams on project costs and budgeting.
* Oversee cash flow forecasting and budget management.
* Manage the finance team and coordinate monthly reporting.
* Collaborate with external auditors during year-end account preparation.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with advanced Excel skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Driven and ambitious individual with a passion for finance.
* Experience in manufacturing preferred but not essential.
