We seek a Procurement Rebate Administrator to join Dublin's DID Electrical Purchasing team. DID Electrical is Ireland's Leading Home Appliance and Consumer Electronics Retailer. DID Electrical is part of the Select Technology Group Ltd
As Procurement Rebate Administrator, you’ll play a crucial role within the company’s Procurement Department. Your primary responsibilities include maintaining supplier relationships and managing the rebate process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities include (but are not limited to)
* Calculate and Process procurement rebate based on supplier rebate terms.
* Follow-up on collection of rebates credit due from suppliers
* Collaborate with Purchasing and Finance to escalate the resolution of Supplier rebate and stock return credit notes disputes or issues.
* Reconcile differences between supplier credits and the original rebate claim.
* Actively pursue supplier stock return credit notes and process them into the BC system.
* Monitoring and reviewing faulty return orders in the store and warehouse, ensuring they are returned to suppliers with the correct information.
* Reconciliation of Supplier Stock Return Credit
* Liaising with suppliers and internal departments to resolve rebate and stock return queries
* Generation of daily reporting for departments.
* Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager.
Education/Experience requirements:
* Business Central Accounting or similar accounting package: 1-2 years (Preferred)
* Advanced user knowledge of Microsoft Excel
* ATI Qualification would a distinct advantage
* Self-starter with experience working in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent attention to detail
* Ability to prioritise and proactively manage workload and solve problems
* Minimum of 1 year’s relevant experience in a similar Administrator role
