Key Responsibilities Oversee cost estimation, budgeting, and financial reporting for multiple projects.
Manage contract negotiations, procurement, and subcontractor agreements.
Prepare and submit valuations, variations, and final accounts.
Conduct risk assessments and ensure cost efficiency throughout project lifecycles.
Work closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align financial and operational objectives.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, industry standards, and company policies.
Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities.
Mentor and support junior QS team members.
Requirements Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum 6 to 8+ years of experience in a Quantity Surveying role, preferably in telecoms, industrial, or construction sectors.
Strong knowledge of contracts (FIDIC, NEC, JCT, etc.)
and procurement processes.
Proven experience in cost control, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Proficiency in MS Excel, estimating software, and financial modeling tools.
Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
