Job Description
This critical role will play a key part in all aspects of executive recruitment, from market mapping to interviewing to onboarding. You'll work closely with the global PMD recruitment team, candidates, and stakeholders to ensure a seamless search process.
Responsibilities:
* Research & Writing:
o Conduct research on market trends and the executive talent landscape in management consulting, providing valuable insights to the team and internal stakeholders.
o Support the development of a focused search strategy.
o Assist in preparing collateral for internal clients and stakeholders, including candidate bios, search overviews, mapping reports, and business cases.
* Candidate Management:
o Contact prospective candidates to share information about AlixPartners and opportunities at the firm, positioning yourself as a brand ambassador and trusted resource.
o Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate qualifications against the needs of the firm and AlixPartners' core competencies.
o Manage candidate relationships throughout the entire life cycle of the search, partnering with the greater PMD recruitment team to ensure efficiency and thoroughness.
o Develop long-term relationships with prospects and candidates.
o Continuously serve as a trusted advisor and support for candidates after they join the firm, developing onboarding plans for placements and providing post-placement support.
* Internal Relationships and Client Management:
o Create or co-create regular reports and collateral for internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment between reports and ATS, and providing an accurate snapshot of the status of the search and market.
o Serve as an active voice in executive recruitment update calls with hiring managers.
o Partner across multiple stakeholders (e.g., HR team members, other recruiters, office managers, key leaders) to develop productive and trusting relationships within the firm.
Requirements
* Experience:
o Three – four (3-4) years of experience in full life cycle recruiting in executive search firms or in-house executive search teams.
o Ideal experience placing candidates at management consulting firms.
* Skills:
o Proven success simultaneously managing multiple searches and working across teams.
o Ability to analyze, organize, and synthesize large volumes of information into actionable insights.
o Demonstrated skill in building and maintaining relationships with diverse stakeholders.
o Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Teams, Word, and Excel.
o Ability to travel, as required.
o Familiarity with CRM systems or ATS (e.g., Greenhouse).
