We are seeking a Member Service Officer to provide exceptional service to our members, drive growth, and contribute to the company's success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver professional service via in-person, phone, and email interactions.
* Process counter and off-counter transactions efficiently.
* Manage loan application data entry and issue approved loans promptly.
* Maintain accurate cash handling and reconcile daily balances.
* Process new member applications and address member inquiries effectively.
* Assist members with account management, providing guidance on available services.
* Offer back-office administrative and operational support as required by management.
Requirements:
* Possess a professional demeanor with excellent communication skills (in person and over the phone).
* Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, engaging effectively with members and colleagues.
* Show self-motivation with a proactive approach to learning.
* The successful candidate will be expected to obtain an accredited qualification such as QFA, CUA, or APA if not already held.
