Description
We are seeking a skilled Service Coordinator to join our UK&I Service team in Cork. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our engineers and customers.
Our ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and experience with Microsoft Office. Previous experience in a similar role is desired, but not necessary. You will also possess excellent communication skills both verbally and written, and an ability to follow process and connect with staff at all levels.
The successful candidate will be working on a defined scope of activity, reporting to the Service Manager. Key areas of responsibility will include planning and scheduling of our front-line service delivery teams, leading customer enquiries, and general management of vendors. Additional administrative tasks across the operational team will also be required.
