Validation Engineer Hanley are currently looking for a Validation Engineer to work within the Validation team in both Dun Laoghaire and Cork.
The successful candidate will require knowledge of and prior experience working with controlled temperature units and have excellent data entry skills.
We are a multi-discipline team working in support functions across a blue chip production site.

The following are an example of some of the responsibilities of the role.
Key areas of responsibility Prepare, execute and document validation protocols in line with GMP's standards Perform qualification and requalification's and PQ's of the equipment mentioned above.
Maintain periodic reviews and re-validation in line with the validation site master plan.
Participate, when required, as a member of multidisciplinary site teams, e.g.
Cross Functional Investigation Team.
Write, review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) in accordance with site and corporate requirements.
Use specified software packages (e.g.
Kneat, Word, Excel, OneNote, Trackwise etc.).
Perform thermal mapping executions with deidcated validation hardware.
Minimum requirements NFQ Level 8 degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Maths) discipline with a minimum of 2.1 Strong computer literacy including Intermediate (Microsoft suite) Understanding of Preventive/ Corrective Maintenance practices.
Excellent communication skills Meticulous eye for detail Ability to work both individually and as part of a multi-functional team essential Enthusiastic self-starter.
Preferred experience Experience with Kneat / Ellab / Trackwise Previous experience with requalification of equipment.
