Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Community/Branch Manager to join our team at AIB. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting and executing our vision of being the best bank in every community.
The Community/Branch Manager will be responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team to achieve business goals and objectives. This includes maximising the use of digital capabilities, driving productivity and efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, people management, influencing, coaching, and communication skills. They will also have proven ability to build strong internal and external relationships, deliver on multiple business objectives, and manage and develop a business growth agenda.
In addition to these skills, the successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate accountability, ownership, and a commitment to improving current processes through technology and automation.

Key Accountabilities:
* Coach, develop, and motivate your branch team to achieve their branch goals.
* Lead, manage, motivate, and develop a high-performing team with responsibility for delivery of key sales targets.
* Maximise the use of digital capabilities and other key enablers across the team within the branch.
* Sustain a culture of high performance, positive engagement, acknowledgement, and candid feedback and teamwork.
* Support the customer engagement team in making every conversation count in all customer interactions.
* Drive productivity, efficiency, capacity creation, and service excellence within the branch.
* Demonstrate leadership in defining clear accountabilities, objectives, and personal development initiatives for all team members.
* Think holistically and strategically, working collaboratively with Product Partners and Business Pillars to deliver business plans.
Requirements:
* Strong leadership, people management, influencing, coaching, and communication skills.
* Proven ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
* Demonstrated ability to deliver on multiple business objectives, managing and developing a business growth agenda.
* Ability to demonstrate competency in providing sales leadership support to a team.
* Demonstrated ability to adapt to change and improve current processes through technology and automation.
* This is an MCC impacted role and applicants must be accredited with minimum of 2 APA's.
