**Sales Graduate Programme**
Join Hilti's two-year Sales Graduate Programme and take the first step towards a successful career in sales and marketing.
The programme is designed for recent graduates who are eager to learn and grow with our company. You will have the opportunity to work on a rotation program, gaining experience in Customer Service, Inside Sales, and our Hilti Stores before moving into an Account Manager role.
This is a fast-paced and challenging role that requires you to be flexible, adaptable, and willing to step out of your comfort zone. As a graduate, you will be mentored by a member of our leadership team and receive dedicated support from our HR and Learning and Development teams.
Upon successful completion of the programme, you will progress into a role in either Sales or Marketing, where you can leverage your skills and knowledge to drive business growth.
Key responsibilities:
* Work on a rotation program in Customer Service, Inside Sales, and Hilti Stores
* Gain experience in account management and sales
* Develop strong communication and social skills
* Be confident in managing challenges and pushing back within a sales environment
Requirements:
* Recent graduate with a bachelor's or master's degree
* Curious and committed individual with good communication and social skills
* Flexible team player with a willingness to learn and adapt
* Nationally mobile with a valid Irish or EU manual driving license
