We're looking for a Hospitality Team Leader who will be the face of our business, delivering exceptional customer service for Compass Group Ireland on a full time basis, contracted to 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday. More about the role:
1. Hands-on operational role which includes setup and execution of service
2. Lead set ups for events ensuring events are set to venue standards within agreed timelines
3. Supervise and develop the hospitality team
4. Work autonomously and demonstrate initiative
5. Management of small meeting rooms within the venue
6. Adhere to and assist with driving the Health & Safety and sustainability aspects of the venue
Who you are:
1. Experience leading a team
2. Good knowledge of food & service delivery
3. Good knowledge of conference and banqueting
4. Excellent communication skills
5. Ability to work as part of a team and of own initiative
