NRG Health & Fitness (Knocknacarra) is one of the leading gyms & leisure centres in Galway.
We are looking for a responsible Front Desk Administrator to perform a variety of administrative tasks, as well as generate membership renewals for our health & fitness club.
This would suit an organised mind, with great attention to detail, who enjoys interacting with customers and has a drive to achieve monthly targets. The ideal candidate would have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organise their work using tools like MS Excel and office equipment.
Responsibilities
1. Answer and direct phone calls
2. Maintain contact lists
3. Act as the point of contact for our members
4. Ensure all transactions/payments & records are accurate within our operating system
5. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Skills
1. Excellent customer service skills
2. Proven experience as a sales administrative assistant
3. Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
4. Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
5. Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
6. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work
7. Highly motivated and target driven
8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
