Position Summary Serving as interface between the local Market and Global Supply Chain teams.
Responsible for the in-market management, coordination, and communication of demand requirements of assigned markets/customers and local representatives if applicable.
Prepare and execute robust Demand / Operational Meetings as well as support Market S&OPs and S&OE process within CPSO & GSC.
Utilize analytical, marketing, and sales data to estimate future product demands.
They develop an effective forecast model by paying attention to industry trends and demand patterns.
They monitor and report essential changes to sales forecasts, business strategies, and budgets.
They support management with risk assessment and activities to help mitigate the risk and propose and implement solutions that accurately improve demand forecasts.
Demand execution planners conduct inventory project reviews looking for field force and promotional effectiveness, including competitive pricing analysis.
They manage and prioritize steps for execution, inventory, or shipments based on customer specifications and available inventory.
They focus on the operational aspects of fulfilling demand, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction, including, and not limited to order fulfillment, customer service, inventory management and logistics coordination support.
Key Responsibilities Expertise in marketing collateral and strategic demand generation campaigns.Support the monthly sales and operations planning meetings with marketing/sales.Work cross-functionally to bring programs, campaigns, and marketing initiatives to fruition.Manage budget, performance, and client reporting for branded content campaigns.Develop and execute multi-client/customer campaigns.Monitor forecast and customer safety stock levels, and adjust accordingly.Review item forecasts for new, existing and LOE products.Effectively communicate campaign strategy, plans and performance across key stakeholders.Collaborate with country/LR/3PD/Alliance Sales and Operations teams to facilitate effective demand planning.Prioritize production based on supply chain deficits, product demand, delivery/shipping guidelines and sales forecasts.Propose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy.Able to analyze data and construct reports to evaluate campaign success.Update order quantities, delivery dates and cost in compliance with proper authorizations.Provide actionable data analysis to support business cases for demand plans using data-driven methods.Work with cross functional teams to support sales and finance team in revenue attainment.Partner on Global Demand Reviews where required.Support Regional S&OPs - Document & Investigate gaps between Finance Budget and Supply Forecast and share them through Demand Consensus Meeting.Participate in the integration & coordination of demand strategies between markets/customers and OpU Supply Chain planning to drive exceptional customer service and in market performance.Support government tenders, direct import programs and clinical supply requests in alignment with local market partners ensuring communication with Demand PartnersSupport New Product Introductions as required.Support the discontinuation of BMS products with customer/market stakeholders.Ensure key supply chain metrics for customers/markets in scope of responsibility are achieved, providing analysis and commentary to commercial partners.Liaise with business partners and Local Representatives/distributor markets within region if applicable.Qualifications & Experience 3-5 years of related experience within the Pharmaceutical or Consumer industriesDemand Planning experience, exposure to process, ERP, and Advanced Systems leading practicesUnderstanding of financial terms (P&L, Budget etc) and key business drivers impacting OperationsUnderstands Forecasting and Demand Planning process and KPIs (Forecast Accuracy, Bias, MAPE etc)Knowledge of/exposure to ERP, ideally SAP BW reporting, and related supply chain planning systems and data analysis tools (ex-Tableau, Excel)Understanding and exposure to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or other regulatory industriesBasic operational understanding of Logistics, Warehousing and TransportationStrong analytical, organizational, critical thinking and problem-solving skillsExcellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skillsAbility to prioritize, organize and manage multiple tasks to tight deadlines.Customer orientedDemonstrate cultural sensitivity and an understanding of the global practices where business is conducted.Why you should apply You will help patients in their fight against serious diseasesYou will be part of a company that encourages excellence and innovation, respects diversity, develops leaders and values its employees.You'll get a competitive salary and a great benefits package including, but not only, an annual bonus, pension contribution, family health insurance, 27 days of annual leave, access to BMS Cruiserath on-site gym and life assurance#LI-Hybrid
