My client is a company based in Dublin, seeking experienced Customer Service Executives to join their team. The customer service team provides front line support to customers through various channels including inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online queries.
Responsibilities:
• Answer customer calls and queries promptly with a focus on first call resolution.
• Track and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
• Provide high-quality customer service as part of a member-focused team.
• Offer level one technical support for fixed line phone and internet services, troubleshooting issues and explaining technical concepts to customers.
• Accurately and efficiently process data entry and orders.
Requirements:
• Excellent communication and call handling skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Customer-focused approach with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to articulate complex technical information effectively.
• Proficiency in PCs, laptops, tablets, and smartphones to assist with technical troubleshooting.
Experience and Skills:
• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or administration.
• Previous experience in telecom and broadband technical support is an advantage, but not essential as comprehensive training will be provided.
