A client in Dublin is seeking an IT Support Team Lead to oversee their support team and ensure the delivery of high-quality IT services. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with a strong technical background and proven leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and mentor a team of IT support engineers, ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service.
* Manage and prioritize support tickets, providing Level 2/3 support when required.
* Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement IT policies and procedures.
* Monitor team performance and provide training to enhance technical skills.
* Participate in infrastructure projects, including system upgrades and migrations.
* Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices.
Requirements:
* 5+ years technical experience, with 3+ years of experience as an IT Support Team Lead or in a similar leadership role.
* Strong technical expertise in Windows, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Relevant certifications such as ITIL, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, or CompTIA Network+ are desirable.
