Administrative Assistant

Sounds great! What will my day-to-day look like?
* Leadership Team Support: Schedule and organize meetings, manage invites, room bookings, and catering, record meeting notes, and track follow-up actions.
* Travel & Expenses: Book travel arrangements, provide visa support, and process expense claims for senior leadership.
* Procurement: Assist with purchase orders, contracts, and vendor management while ensuring compliance with policies.
* Event Management: Plan logistics and prepare materials for large-scale events, including All Hands meetings, offsites, and executive visits.
* Onboarding: Ensure smooth onboarding of new hires by coordinating equipment delivery and providing access to key tools.
* General Admin Support: Maintain distribution lists, manage Teams and SharePoint sites, handle ad-hoc tasks, and liaise with facilities to resolve office issues.
What do I need?
* Minimum of 2 years experience as a Personal Assistant or Group Admin.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and Outlook.
* Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure in a constantly changing environment.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* A high level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism in all interactions.
* Knowledge of PO management and finance practices is a plus.
