About the Role
The Client Support Consultant will play a vital role in ensuring that customers receive top-notch support and guidance. You will be the first point of contact, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and helping customers navigate their healthcare insurance needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels in a friendly and efficient manner.
* Provide clear and accurate information on healthcare insurance policies and services.
* Resolve issues and escalate complex queries as needed.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation using MS Word and Excel.
Requirements
* Experience: Previous customer service experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
* Skills: Proficiency in MS Word and Excel; excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Personality: A positive attitude, a love for working with people, and a commitment to providing excellent service.
