Enhance IT Resilience and Disaster Recovery in a Fast-Paced Wealth Management Company
We are seeking an experienced IT Services Resilience Manager to join our Information Systems department in Dublin.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive the enhancement of our IT Disaster Recovery infrastructure, backups, and resiliency processes to increase maturity and adoption across the department.
* Coordinate, plan, and execute regular Departmental Disaster Recovery tests to ensure business continuity.
* Continuously improve IT services resilience, architecture, processes, and operating models to minimize downtime.
* Manage critical incidents to mitigate business impact and ensure seamless operations.
* Promote DORA compliance by acting as the primary point of contact for IT and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
* Conduct annual audits of our IT Asset infrastructure to verify accurate accounting of all IT assets.
* Chair monthly departmental Asset Management meetings to foster collaboration and information sharing.
* Update the Asset Management Framework and process documentation regularly to reflect changing needs.
