Senior Administrator Job Description
This role is critical in supporting the smooth flow of daily operations, managing invoicing, shipping, customer accounts, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Generate invoices, purchase orders, and other essential documentation.
* Oversee shipping and track orders to ensure timely deliveries.
* Monitor account credits and follow up with clients for outstanding payments.
* Conduct account reconciliations and report to the Financial Controller on account statuses.
* Update pricing platforms as needed to reflect current rates.
* Provide exceptional customer service for inbound and outbound account inquiries and order processing.
* Handle cash counting and till lodgment accurately.
* Take on additional administrative tasks as assigned by management.
* Proactively work towards timely and successful solutions aligned with company needs and objectives.
* Adapt to evolving responsibilities based on business needs and personal development.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in administration, preferably in a similar role.
* Strong IT skills, with proficiency in Office software.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Highly organised with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
Salary: €35,000 - €45,000 per annum (estimated), depending on experience.
Location: Blanchardstown, Dublin 15.
Hours: Tuesday to Saturday, 6:00 am to 3:00 pm with a 1-hour lunch.
Employment Type: Permanent, Fully On-Site.
