Overview
The Site Engineer plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of construction projects. This full-time position requires a minimum of three years' experience in site management.
Responsibilities
* Oversee and manage construction sites to align with project plans and standards.
* Coordinate with project managers, architects, and stakeholders for seamless project execution.
* Supervise and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
* Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and adherence to safety regulations.
* Resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid project delays.
* Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily logs and material usage.
* Ensure compliance with legal requirements, building and safety codes, and other regulations.
* Implement quality control programs to achieve high standards of workmanship.
* Prepare and submit detailed site reports to management.
Qualifications and Experience
* Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
* Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in construction site management.
* Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
* Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
